Anyone has a template for PPM for an international fund?

I have been told that criteria for international investment are quite different and so the PPM design is also different. I would love to see one that was okayed by investors.

Thanks. The idea is to introduce a previously unexplored market (in Asia) to potential investors. The investors' pool may include individuals from around the globe, but my targets so far have been US & EU folks.

Do you mean PPMs for investing outside the searchers area, or PPMs to pitch to international investors in other countries from the one where you the searcher are residing and searching? I know in Europe there are a lot of searchers open to searching in several EU jurisdictions. If it’s the former then one of the European searchers would be your best bet
