I'm looking at an opportunity to acquire a large territory resale for a growing window covering sales and installation franchise. The numbers look good and all of the operational infrastructure is in place. I'm still in the preliminary stages of reviewing the opportunity and it's a space I know very little about.
Any special considerations for this industry in particular?
