Anyone else having issues getting CIM's from Calder Capital?

Anyone else having issues getting CIM's from Calder Capital? They have denied sending me 3-4 CIM's for some unknown reason. But they did send me one that was a distressed business which I did not ask for. They are the only brokerage I have had this issue with.

I think they are in the process of scaling up and their team is stretched too thin. I've interacted several times

I've also experienced some issues with them, specifically not responding to my request for the CIM. I had to follow up over phone in order to get it sent appropriately.
