My email is constantly being spammed with email lenders, which don't seem too reputable. Background: I am in the process of purchasing another business in the same industry as my business. The business I am working to purchase has one major problem, namely customer concentration. This affords me the opportunity to purchase it for well under market value. We had agreed to a 2.5x SDE multiple, with working capital to be largely seller financed (80%). But for several reasons, mostly the sellers moving too slow, I walked. The seller have enticed me back with an all cash proposal that is 1.2x SDE without working capital. I don't quite have enough cash to complete the transaction without borrowing at least $100K up to $250K. What are my options for short term loans? I should be able to pay it back with interest in 1 year. Ideally the loan would not start repayment for a couple of months, is that even an option?

I’d suggest leveraging your current company cash flow. Depending on how month to month and your daily balances are you can easily get access to $100k-$250k in under a week. We just got a client of ours approved for $211k at 13% simple interest over an 18 month term. If you’d like some help, we can set up a call and I can help source the capital for you with our team of lenders.
