Anyone can help with search fund structuring?

Would love to hop on a call with anyone who can share the acceptable/range of economics of search fund deals.
My situation is that I am not searching, I already found the target, and I am looking for funding for the acquisition. So, no need for 12-24months of personal runway in this case.

You're in the sweet spot. Acceptable economics here means acceptable to you... Happy to share my experience and thoughts, but the gist is: get the best terms you can get for your deal
