I have a Death Care business (Multiple Funeral Homes, Cemeteries and Crematories) under LOI currently in the United States, historical adjusted EBITDA for 2019 came in at $1.3 million. I already have debt financing available, I am waiting for attorney to finalize the PPM/Reg-D. If you are interested in investing in something here, let me know.
