Anyone built new or refurbished QSR (fast food) locations?

I am looking at an opportunity and would love to speak to someone who has been involved in purchasing and fitting out the ordering and menu board technology for fast food locations. How did you select the technology? How did you decide the Company that will install and maintain the equipment? Any info would be appreciated.
