One thing I'm curious about is the multiple of SDE I should target in my LOI. It is roughly a $2.9m revenue business with a downward trend in SDE-- $420k in 2021, $390k in 2022, and $250k last year. Not absentee.

I was thinking around 2.2x the 2023 SDE ($540k)? Is that about right?
