I've heard Shannon Hay of United Midwest Savings Bank is a great resource.

Live Oak Bank has the deepest experience of any lender. Huntington second. The key is that the everyone required to get the deal to close (banker, underwriter, legal and credit team) all have a lot of experience with accounting firms. The less experience, the more questions and potential hurdles to kill your deal. I can give you personal intros if you DM me your email address.
