Did that a while ago. Prices are a bit more reasonable now than 2Y ago. Issue (as with most acq) is to be clear about what kind of plan for growth you intend to implement that was not already done/tested before.

We have acquired Saas (mostly small ones) and are in the process of acquiring 2 more small ones now.
