Anyone acquired iOS Apps?

Hi all, 

Been looking at a few iOS apps (games mainly) that would fit my portfolio quite well... curious if anyone has gone and acquired these, if there are any caveats, along with trying to reach out to the owners (who I am finding are inactive? Not sure).

Curious about the same thing. I don't see any responses here. I've looked into iOS apps, not just games, but utility apps as well that are cashflowing pretty well. Any update on your side Ross? Have you acquired any yet? I'm also curious about lending for these Do SBA loans apply?
