I have financed one of these for a franchise. Pros - always in demand, can build repeat business, don't need a ton of employees, can always grow more Cons - a bit expensive to start, lots of competition from big waste companies, can be some rules, permits, etc to deal with, trucks and dumpsters can break down, customers can sometimes pay slow
