Hi @Prabhjeev - so far it's going well, I am still early in the process, but the search is shaping out nicely. About self-funded search, the biggest considerations for me were flexibility (in terms of geo, types of companies etc.) and company ownership (which also translate into more favorable deal terms for the searcher).
