I am currently exploring opportunities in the healthcare sector in the US, with a specific focus on the telehealth industry.

Given the rapid growth and evolving landscape of telehealth, I am keen to gather insights from those with experience in this space. I’m particularly interested in understanding:

1. Business Models: what different business models are common and what are the most successful business models being employed in the telehealth industry?
2. Profitability and Margins: what are the key drivers of profitability and typical margins in telehealth companies?
3. Operations: is it a remote kind of business or more of a brick-and-mortar type (I understand this will depend greatly on the business model)?
4. Multiples: what is the EBITDA multiple range expected for small businesses in that space?
   5. Database: any idea where can I get a database of these companies?
