Temp staffing can be a nice bread and butter segment to smooth out (some) of the volatility. The trade off - the staffing agency is generally carrying the payroll of temp staffers creating a working capital requirement. Sizing up or taking on a new contracts can create short turn cash crunches - your payroll (every two weeks) versus your client paying youredacteddays).
