I have a proprietary plumbing deal and am looking to partner with a SF Bay Area based searcher to acquire the company. It is a good deal. $1M EBITDA with ~ 90% repeat business. Multiple is below 2.5x. This is a scalable business and I'm looking for a full-time operator to drive significant growth.
