Any searchers in Vancouver, BC want to grab coffee on October 7?

I'm going to be in Vancouver for an ETA seminar on Tuesday, October 7. Most of my day before 3pm is free and wanted to see if any searchers in the area would be interested in grabbing coffee. I'm currently under LOI myself, but will also be looking to invest small tickets in search deals and will be open to Canadian investments (I'm currently based in the US but am Canadian myself). Would like to get plugged into the Vancouver ecosystem.
