Any recs for a law and QoE firms that specialize in small cap M&A?

I've made an offer on a $2.1 million business. I'm ready to  hire a legal firm to help with contracts and advisement on items such as the SBA loan agreement, Seller Transition Agreement Bill of Sale, APA, etc. I also need a QoE report to confirm their financials and verify a lot of co-mingled add-backs. 

Can anybody recommend firms that have experience with this size of SBA funded acquisition?
