Any recommendations of VAs that are already schooled in proprietary search?

I'm thinking about folks that already have access to relevant databases and understand the expectations, process and deliverables of finding companies that fit a particular template. I've seen discussion of using folks on Upwork but wondered if a VA service would be different and/or  more efficient if they specialized in this type of work.

It's hard to find somebody with relevant experience and tools access but if you have SOPs, I can connect you to VAs who can get you the desired result.
