Any recommendations for NJ Lawyer?

Any recommendations for lawyer to support transaction who is used to working with searchers? Not a lot of complexity except for seller note which has some nuance. There may be some NJ regulatory work needed so preference would be for NJ but flexible. Lastly, for a smaller deal with no SBA funding what is a ballpark range for legal fees?
