Any recommendations for attorneys in the Indianapolis area to review PPM?

Ryan, if you want an attorney based in Indy, send me an email and I will make an intro to Ice Miller (largest firm in Indy). On the other hand, I don't know a reason why you would have to use a lawyer in Indy (even if you plan to search from there) as there are a number of lawyers that are intimately familiar with the search model that may be more efficient in a review. ^redacted‌ at VedderPrice, John Herzog at Goodwin, and Alex Temel at Sidley Austin are some of the most well-known.

Ryan, I work on the buy side of acquisitions here in the Indy MSA, and have helped many SearchFunder type clients over the last 15 years. There are many great attorneys in Indy but like anything else, all are not for everyone.
