Hi, I have a contact who is looking to raise $10M USD for an established tech firm looking to expand. The expansion initiative would make it ripe for a VC firm rather than PE. They are looking for a potential VC broker in the US to help. Any recommendations?

Former VC GP here and happy to speak to them redacted I'll be honest, though, that "VC brokers" / bankers (including some mentioned in the comments) are generally viewed as a total deal red flag by credible VCs.
