Any Recommendations for a solid US/Canada based M&A advisor/banker?

I’m tapping into my network for recommendations. I need an intro to a solid M&A advisor/banker who specializes in Canada/US cross-border transactions. Business is in Canada but an acquirer can be from US. We are looking to list a high-growth, non-discretionary business with currently $4M+ EBITDA (projecting $6M-$7M next year). We need someone who knows how to navigate both markets efficiently. Recommendations and DMs are appreciated!

We have worked on a number of cross-border transactions involving Canada, and in that context have developed good relationships with Canadian local counsel, and tax advisory services, which we would be happy to share with you if you need that type of help. On the IB side, specifically, we have worked with both Canacord [https://www.canaccordgenuity.com] and Royal Bank of Canada [https://www.rbccm.com/en/gib/mergers-acquisitions.page] on such transactions. Both of these organizations can be helpful in structuring cross-border acquisitions. In my experience, a careful review of tax consequences is extremely important in Canadian-US deals, especially if it is an asset deal, or where significant capital gains will be recognized as a result.
