Any recommendations for a diligence team in Central Florida?

Hey Friends, 

Currently looking at a deal with a print services firm in Central Florida in the $5-8MM range. I would appreciate any and all recommendations for legal and financial diligence. As I am doing a self-funded search, I am open to a variety of fee structures as well.
