ETA in Eastern Europe is still in its infancy. Are there any up and coming platforms and forums that are good for networking and sharing experience?

Oh, pefect, thanks! I looked at the map before, and find it very useful, but the CEE scale is not there yet to create a group for it. :) Just wanted to give a heads up for all future joiners.
