Any operators with experience moving a manufacturing facility?

We are relocating from 17,500 sf of leased space to 32,000 sf of owned space at the end of the year.  I'm looking to speak with anyone who has experience executing a manufacturing facility move to discuss best practices, resources, pitfalls, etc.  Thanks in advance!
