Any M&A advisors out there that have experience with $50M+ deals?

I'm working with a tech company in South Florida where the majority shareholder is looking to exit.  The company does $100M in revenue which has been consistent over the past 3 years.  I'm looking to partner with a firm to partner with that has experience doing $50-100M deals.
