Hi all,

I've historically been buy vs. build, but we have an interesting opportunity (thesis + right operator background) in the construction services space (more capital intensive) to build from the ground up instead of buy.

The equipment financing for the space we're looking to start is really attractive, and in fact, more attractive than being able to finance an acquisition (higher LTVs). Further, the competition in the space is still quite mom and pop and there lots of areas to add services on top (this is selling to GCs).

Do you know of any investors (here, or elsewhere) that would consider an investment like this? More start-up like in nature, but higher capital requirements (buying equipment).

Thanks!
Sam
