I’m looking to connect with anyone interested in acquiring, partnering with, or investing in breweries, cideries, and alternative alcoholic or fermented beverage businesses (such as kombucha) throughout New England. We have recently spoken with several owners who are exploring sale or partnership opportunities with strategic operators or lifestyle-focused buyers. All of the businesses are profitable and have remained stable over the past year or two, avoiding much of the volatility seen elsewhere in the industry. This resilience is largely driven by strong local brand recognition and loyal customer bases. A common theme among owners is burnout and a desire to transition ownership or bring in a partner. These opportunities are well suited for established brands looking to expand geographically or broaden their product offerings, as well as motivated entrepreneurs seeking to acquire a hands-on, lifestyle-oriented business.
