Thanks for the tag, ^redacted. We do work in this space, but growth companies can be tough for searchers. For example, we're running a process now for a venture-backed healthtech startup with a huge TAM and great synergies. It's just rounded the corner and is cash-flow positive, and we're getting 8-figure indications. That's usually territory better suited to Series C+ and public strategics. That said, emerging growth companies is a different world, and if you target mature players, the valuations will be differnt.
