Our focus lies in uncovering software product lines or business units available for sale that have not been adequately explored in the market, if at all. And, we come across a good amount of them.

We're not brokers, but operate on a deal by deal basis as a hold co.

For specific deals, we may be interested in seeking potential partners who can contribute to funding in certain scenarios.

We're selective in our partnerships, preferring those with expertise in niche acquisition strategies like ours.

Deals range from 1M-50M in ARR, flexible deal structures, and typically multiples on revenue that range between 0.10-2x revenue in total valuation.

Hello Joseph. What do you mean by business units available for sale that have not been adequately explored in the market? I want this to mean "not listed by brokers", or "limited number of potential buyers,". but have a feeling this is not entirely what you mean. Inadequate vetting / due diligence is not a problem and there is a process for this. All this is to say if you have a system for uncovering deals range from 1M-50M in ARR, flexible deal structures, and typically multiples on revenue that range between 0.10-2x revenue in total valuation, my company would like to learn more.

^redacted‌ we certainly have a common search focus and I'm happy to share notes - I'm focussed on UK Ireland geo and b2b SaaS / b2c mobile apps sub segments.

Don't personally have finance ready to go but connections can be found for compelling deals, of course.

Keen to find kindred spirit searchers and share learnings in pursuing MBO and corporate divestment targets so far.
