Hi - I'm interested in knowing if anyone has a good source for research on compensation for management teams.
From a search fund model, of course there is the initial equity, performance based equity, and time based I would expect.
However, if a search fund ends up selling to PE, and there is a management team incentive of say 20%, how is this divided between CEO, CFO, others on the leadership team?
Any good compensation benchmarks for management teams?
