Any flexible lenders that can get past significant customer concentration?

Company with significant customer concentration under LOI. Seeking to connect with lenders that could get comfortable financing the deal: 

(1) leverage/power dynamics of the industry make for captive customers; 

(2) deal terms are flexible and could be structured to protect downside;

(3) solid pipeline of add-on acquisitions and new customers to diversify commercially shortly post-acquisition.
