Any experts in new home construction? Pursuing an active deal

Hi all, I'm pursuing a deal for a company that does exteriors for new home construction. Does anyone have experience in this field? Just trying to get smart on the industry and figure out how I grow a business like this. Still under NDA. No LOI yet. Will do a site visit this weekend.
