Any experience with ROBS 401(k)?

I'm looking for those who have used their 401(k) for the equity portion of their acquisition. Specifically looking for insights on setting up the process, providers that were most helpful, and any best practices to consider. TIA!

Have done it. Respectfully disagree with Mark F and a blanket statement of "usually not the best way to go". I'd do it again, and have referred a number of people to Doll Lank. It depends on many things, but it works great, you can do an in plan Roth conversion if set up right, etc. I would not do it myself. I would use someone like Doll and people she knows / recommends.
