Any experience with healthcare MSOs in California?

Hello,

I am under LOI on a outpatient mental health clinic in California. I am wondering if anyone has experience doing an MSO in California who would be willing to share their experience. We recently did an MSO deal in Colorado but I would like to talk with folks who've done this in California to understand what additional requirements / issues we will be dealing with as I know California is often challenging.
