Any experience purchasing, lending, managing, etc. RV parks / campgrounds?

RV sales are through the roof this year. Theres a backorder. Certain areas have a 3 month waitlist on RV park space alone. Market seems busy, but city regulations on parks continues to be a nightmare. I was looking at one development opportunity and they want Canopy trees (1 tree per 2 vehicles), laundry services (scaled for size), bathing house (scaled for # of residents), and potentially some re-zoning. Need to do a thorough market study to determine that the park would maintain occupancy.
