Any example of Due Diligence to share?

Hi, does anyeone have an example of DD done by a firm to share? I would like to see how ithe document structured.
Also, if one of you have a due diligence checklist to share it would be awesome. Thanks!

Second, assuming the first point is true, you should have outside counsel representation in place, they are there to advise (the company) and should not be representing your company if they have limited experience in due diligence.
Third, not sure are you aware, there are many, many aspects to due diligence, there is financial due diligence, operational due diligence, legal due diligence, thats minimum there could be more depending on the industry.
Strange to ask a community of professionals in such a broad manner for due diligence documents. the question alone is indicative that you have a LOT of work to do regarding in house professionals and outside counsel to say the least.. What use would due diligence documents be to you.. surely your not going to conduct due diligence yourself...maybe you are.
Theres a reason why surrounding yourself with people who have been there and done that before is imperative to any acquisitive plan or strategy.
