Any CPAs that have bought an existing firm?

Are there any CPAs here that have bought an existing firm? Or do you know someone who has? I’m thinking of broadening my search to include CPA firms. I’m looking to speak with someone who has bought a practice. Any feedback appreciated.

I looked into rolling these up, but in Texas I can only have 49% ownership as a non-licensed person. However, there are some great opportunities out there from what I've seen for a CPA. Further investigation could yield some real deals.
