Any Colorado based folks with propery managment/multi-family/CRE backgrounds?

Somewhat unorthodox opportunity for a real estate/multifamily/CRE person. We're trying to build an actually-good property management company. My background is in MF/CRE and I did a self-funded search a few years ago and now work with a family office buying businesses on Colorado's front range. The family office has notable multifamily holdings in Denver/Northern Colorado and we're looking to bring management in-house. A mix between start-up and ETA because the management portfolio would exist from Day 1. It would still be an ETA-esque play in that you'd be an equity-owner, etc. Let me know if you or anyone you know might be interested!
