Any buy-side broker recs in S. Florida?

I'm looking to augment my dealflow with a buy-side resource. I need someone who can access off-market deals in S. Florida for a success fee.

My #1 concern is that a buy-side broker will have access to the same dealflow as my own and then charge me for deals that I'm already finding with my own outbound. This is worst-case scenario.

Any thoughts on who to hire and how to hire them?

We have created a search tool that allows you to find off-market companies that might be looking to sell. However, we do not provide brokers, so you would have to go through the companies yourself or let somebody else go through them. We offer verified contact infos as well so creating a email sequence to the potential ones is really easy!
