Looking for mind changing books or podcasts to learn more about search funds. Any studies will be also helpful at this point. I want to learn more about ETA, its process, successful stories, pitfalls, advices, etc.

Books: Jan Simon's Search Funds & Entrepreneurial Acquisition, HBR Guide to Buying a Small Business, Buy Then Build, Dan Cremon's Winning Moves (poorly written and I think he over-emphasises customer retention at the expense of growing the customer base, but still great book to come back to), Sherman's Mergers & Acquisitions, Bossidy & Charam's Execution, Built to Sell (and the podcast).
Podcasts; Acquisitions Anonymous, Jake Nicholson's Search Fund Podcast, Pete Seligman's The Next Step, Acquiring Minds, Think Like an Owner, Polsky's Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (and the YT channel). Adjacent but not specifically search and ETA: Acquired, Franchise Empires, Business Breakdowns, Owned & Operated,

It's not focused on search funds, but Business Breakdowns is excellent at exploring different companies and, more importantly, business models. It strikes the right balance of providing detail and finance/accounting specifics without being too technical. It's also a much more in-depth dive than some of the glossy, narrative-driven podcasts. One of my favorite episodes is on Dipolma PLC, a value-add distributor.
