Any appetite for Latin America deals?

Curious if folks would be interested in seeing LMM/ETA deals in Latin America. A close friend based in Santiago, Chile, recently asked if our firm, AMPCO, could assist in selling their consumer electronics repair, retail and online marketplace based in Chile.
Lots of things going for the country.
1. Highest standard of living and GDP per capita in Latin America
2. Track record of sound macroeconomic policies and robust institutions
3. Center-left coalition has overseen relative stability, although polls seem to favor a more market friendly, center-right government after 2025.
4. There are some moderate levels of red-tape to hop through in general to get a business off the ground, but once set up, it’s manageable, and if anything, can serve as a deterrent for new entrants.
AMPCO advised on the sale of a $50M industrials/life sciences firm head quartered in Chile. The buyer has been very happy with the purchase. Learn more at ampco.io
