Any advice for a new searcher? Books, websites, other resources?

Stumbled upon ETA and Search funds through twitter and spent nights going down this amazing rabbit hole. Now I am very intrigued by it all. I am hoping someone could share some general advice, words of wisdom, and/or recommendations on what a new searcher should be doing to start on their journey.

What are the best resources available (books, websites, online courses, etc) to potential searchers like myself? So far, I have read Buy then Build by Walker Deibel and HBR: Guide to Buying a Small Business and the Complete Guide to Buying a Business. Are there any other books you would add?
