I am researching lead qualification setups and am wondering how the community has solved issues like this one. At the top of the sales funnel each home services business does whatever it does to generate leads. Once leads come in and get captured in the CRM, I am looking for some sort of automated system or answering service to interact with the potential customer, qualify the lead with whatever info is required and schedule a meeting with an estimator inside the business. Ideally, the first time someone from inside the business interacts with a potential customer is when they show up in person for the walkthrough.
I am wondering how folks have tackled this piece. Open to both human and AI solutions.
