After more than 30 years working directly for banks and hundreds of closed deals, I have launched my own loan consultancy service, Viso Business Capital. I am focused on SBA debt for acquisition entrepreneurs and my goal is to take on most of the heavy lifting of the debt raise so that my clients can focus on deal diligence. For SBA debt, I am paid by the banks and the fee is not passed on to my clients. With Viso I have an expanded ability to match borrowers and their deals with the right lender at the right time, rather than only representing one bank. I also have greater negotiating leverage as a repeat client to banks that you can benefit from.
Today was day 3, and I was able to deliver a competitive term sheet to a searcher today!
