Birch Faraday Capital is a UK-based investment firm focused on acquiring and operating exceptional small and mid-sized businesses. We are currently hiring for an Analyst Internship, open to high-performing undergraduates, recent graduates, and MBA students seeking hands-on experience in private equity, M&A, and entrepreneurial investing. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the firm’s principal on live deals. We are actively pursuing multiple acquisitions, with Heads of Terms signed on one deal and another close to signing. The Analyst Intern will support all aspects of the investment process — from market and financial analysis to due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio support. Key Details: Interviews: Conducted this and next week based on candidate availability Offers: Extended by end of May Start Date: Ideally 12th or 16th June 2025 Duration: Minimum 8–10 weeks, with strong likelihood of 3–6 months, and potential to extend into a longer-term or full-time role What We’re Looking For: Strong analytical and research skills Interest in private equity, entrepreneurship through acquisition, or small business operations Self-starter mindset with excellent communication and presentation abilities This is a high-impact internship with the potential to influence live deals and shape the future of our growing firm.
