Heather - this is exactly right. The adoption gap in SMB isn't a feature problem, it's an implementation gap. Most small business owners can figure out how to use the tool; what they can't figure out is how to integrate it into their actual workflows without someone helping them think it through. That's the partnership piece that's missing. Building that infrastructure for the ETA/search fund community specifically is what we do at FGN.
