Do any American Banks Loan To Canadian Companies?

Hi,

Are there any companies that you are familiar with that lend cross-border from the US to Canadian companies for acquisition purposes? Currently, I'm looking to work with an American Bank or a private lender that could support our future acquisition financings.

Depends on the ask and size, but generally cross border banks into Canada include JPMorgan, BMO, TD, RBC, Comerica, SVB

Why do you need an American lender though if you're based in Canada?
