Does anyone have experience looking into Amazon FBA businesses? I am working with a backer with a significant balance sheet looking to begin rolling these up in Q4 and hoping to connect with some experts on search funder.

Hey Alex. While I do not have experience acquiring them I do have extensive knowledge with regards to building and operating them. Additionally, through industry-specific knowledge, I've run into instances where 1 to 3 brands own an entire category while their products are manufactured by a common manufacturer. I've hypothesized acquiring the brands, increasing prices, leveraging my buying power to negotiate favorable pricing with the manufacturer but also locking them up on exclusivity rights. Happy to connect if my insight can provide value.
